Si tratta di un documento che ne fornisce una\u00a0<strong>panoramica dettagliata delle attivit\u00e0 e delle performance virtuose da un punto di vista ambientale, sociale ed economico<\/strong>\u00a0portate avanti dall&#039;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cIl documento che vi proponiamo rappresenta per la nostra azienda un importante momento di\u00a0<strong>con condivisione con tutti gli stakeholder della responsabilit\u00e0 e della seriet\u00e0 che ci guida<\/strong>\u00a0nell&#039;affiancare brand internazionali nella crescita del loro valore e nella produzione di alta qualit\u00e0 di capi di grande pregio\u201d commenta\u00a0<strong>Azzurra Morelli, CEO di Pellemoda insieme al fratello Giampaolo Morelli<\/strong>.<br>Il Report descrive il profilo aziendale, il modello di gestione, le iniziative realizzate ei principali risultati raggiunti in ambito ESG \u2013 Environmental, Social e Governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pellemoda ha dimostrato l&#039;impegno in ottica ESG sin dal cambio di statuto societario, volto a renderla una Societ\u00e0 Benefit, avendo come\u00a0<strong>finalit\u00e0 di beneficio comune l&#039;intento di operare in modo responsabile, sostenibile e trasparente<\/strong>\u00a0verso ambiente, lavoratori, persone, comunit\u00e0, territori e clienti, attivit\u00e0 culturali e sociali, enti e associazioni e altri portatori di interesse. Nello specifico, Pellemoda si \u00e8 dotata nel corso degli ultimi anni di importanti certificazioni: nel 2016 l&#039;azienda ha ottenuto la\u00a0<strong>certificazione SA8000<\/strong>\u00a0una testimonianza del rispetto dei diritti umani dei lavoratori ed in generale di tutte le parti interessate e la\u00a0<strong>certificazione ISO14001<\/strong>\u00a0una testimonianza del rispetto e del controllo continuo dell&#039;impatto che l&#039;azienda ha sull&#039;ambiente. Tra le poche aziende nel suo settore, nel 2021 Pellemoda ha ottenuto la\u00a0<strong>certificazione ISO45001<\/strong>, sistema di gestione focalizzato sulla sicurezza negli ambienti di lavoro. \u00c8 lo standard accreditato riconosciuto a livello internazionale che risponde alle esigenze delle organizzazioni che vogliono distinguersi per il loro impegno nella riduzione degli infortuni e delle malattie professionali, compresa la promozione e la tutela della salute fisica e mentale. L&#039;obiettivo ultimo di Pellemoda \u00e8\u00a0<strong>arrivare alla certificazione B Corp entro il 2025<\/strong>.
