As a Benefit Corporation, we operate with responsibility and vision, integrating environmental, social, and economic objectives into a single model of conscious growth. It is not merely a legal status, but a concrete expression of our commitment to generating shared value by promoting transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Since 2013, our commitment has been formalized through SA8000 certification, which established new internal standards for health, safety, and working conditions. This journey was further strengthened by obtaining ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certifications, confirming the solidity of our approach.
More recently, we obtained Gender Equality Certification, reflecting the value of a workforce made up of over 80% women and our daily commitment to fostering a fair, inclusive workplace that values people regardless of gender.
The legality rating assigned by the Italian Competition Authority is another recognition of the ethical principles on which Pellemoda is founded.

We continuously monitor our environmental performance and are committed to improving it, working closely with clients and suppliers to promote sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.

From the transition to renewable energy sources across all our production sites to the implementation of targeted actions aimed at reducing environmental impact, we are constantly working to innovate the technologies we use and optimize resource consumption.
Our commitment also extends to the search for eco-friendly alternatives, innovation in both processes and products, and the promotion of a sustainability-driven culture that permeates every level of our organization.
Supply Chain
Pellemoda is committed to ensuring compliance with its corporate policies and regulatory requirements throughout the entire supply chain, promoting an ethical, transparent, and responsible procurement model.

To effectively manage the complexity of our supplier network, we have implemented a structured evaluation procedure based on customized risk tables, tailored to the relevance and role of each supplier. This approach enables us to accurately monitor compliance levels and promote a culture of shared responsibility.
To strengthen awareness across the supply chain and ensure alignment with our standards, we actively encourage our suppliers to:
Comply with SA8000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and UNI PdR 125 standards, ensuring that their subcontractors do the same
Participate in monitoring and auditing activities
Promptly implement corrective actions in the event of non-compliance
Our risk management system includes the regular collection of data through detailed questionnaires, scheduled audits, and inspections of key suppliers, who are periodically evaluated based on their adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
